Tail Lysis Buffer

The following is based on dilutions from common lab stock concentrations.

For 1 L of Tail Lysis Buffer:
100 ml 1M Tris-HCl pH 8.5
20 ml 10% SDS
10 ml 0.5 M EDTA
40 ml 5 M NaCl
Adjust volume to 1 L with Milli-Q H2O
