Request for reagents from the Pfaff Laboratory

Sorry to ask you fill out a form, but my group has started to get so many requests that it has become necessary to create an internal system for sending materials so that requests are handled more efficiently on our end. When making a request please be as specific as possible (i.e. include a citation for the material if possible), since the techs preparing the shipments are often sending materials made by former lab members.
