Medline on the Web

There are currently several ways to access Medline on the Web. A few of these are listed below, with some comments on how good I found them in simple tests.

NCBI PubMed
Superset of Medline! Free!! (at the moment). Good simple search interface, several download options.
Community of Science
Excellent search interface, very flexible article retrieval/download options.
HealthGate
Good search interface, good selection of retrieved articles.
Avicenna
Registration required (free). Simple search interface.
The Salk Institute's Internal Medline Page
Only accessible from Salk computers. Contains link to Aries Systems Knowledge Web Medline search (which I found it difficult to use)

Telnet to medlars.nlm.nih.gov (Password required - not free)
This is the definitive National Library of Medicine Medline database, with the Elhill interface.
Requires NLM User Account. Make sure your browser is configured for telnet if you want to use this hyperlink.
Internet Grateful Med (Password required - not free)
Good interface, download options. Easy to select titles. Requires NLM User Account
Medscape
Registration required (free). Very simple interface - no advanced searching. Difficult to pick a subset of the result.
Healthy Net
Search syntax not intuitive. Cannot search certain fields, e.g. author
