CCMI is a core cytometry/imaging facility open to all Institute investigators.
Depending on available unused time, Non-Salk academic or non-profit users or
collaborators may be able to use the Flow Cytometry facility (see rates),
subject to possible rescheduling if a Salk user needs to use the equipment.
The Salk Institute's safety policy pertaining to this facility precludes sorting of primary
human material or anything biohazardous.

In order to use the facility independently, users must first undergo training by CCMI
staff. Once training is completed we will issue a username and password which allows
access to our data server. Please remember your username/password combination, if you forget
them we will charge you $10.00 to reinstate the account.
The following software is available for data processing:
World Wide Web: The web server is a dual Xeon machine running
Red Hat Linux and Apache.
